  • Patent ductus arteriosus
  • Mucocutaneous hypopigmentation
  • Nasal solar dermatitis
  • Drug reactions to Ivermectin and milbemycin
  • Polydactyly/syndactyly
  • Congenital deafness
  • Cataract
  • Collie eye anomaly (choroidal hypoplasia and sometimes optic nerve colobomas)
  • Colobomas
  • Multiple ocular defects reported in homozygous merles (the result of merle to merle breeding). – Defects may include microphthalmia, microcornea, cataract, persistent pupillary membranes, equatorial staphylomas, colobomas and retinal dysplasia
  • Cystine urolithiasis
