- Mucocutaneous hypopigmentation
- Nasal solar dermatitis
- Drug reactions to Ivermectin and milbemycin
- Polydactyly/syndactyly
- Congenital deafness
- Cataract
- Collie eye anomaly (choroidal hypoplasia and sometimes optic nerve colobomas)
- Colobomas
- Multiple ocular defects reported in homozygous merles (the result of merle to merle breeding). – Defects may include microphthalmia, microcornea, cataract, persistent pupillary membranes, equatorial staphylomas, colobomas and retinal dysplasia
- Cystine urolithiasis
